Tony Mira, our Founder and CEO, started almost 30 years ago, with 2 employees. Fast forward to 2017, a conglomerate of companies, 9 to be specific, in 3 countries with over 5500 employees, providing world class services, specific to the healthcare industry, the world over.
Ajuba, from its humble beginnings, in 2001, has been a true reflection of Tony’s ambition, spirit and dream to be the best revenue management service providers. From being pioneers to setting benchmarks, milestones along the way has been plenty.
Today, as we stand tall, we want to be true reflection of our global positioning. We are affiliating with our parent company, the very prestigious and truly worldwide, MiraMed Global Services, in name and brand. We have always benefitted from the wealth of knowledge, talent and expertise that each one of the company brings to the fore. We draw, derive and drive each other.
Officially including MiraMed in our name is a natural extension of our global status. We are incorporating the MiraMed recognition into our everyday business activities. Our horizons are widened, the world is our playing field and we are excited at the prospects!
There is no change in the way we remain committed to our employees, dedicated in our service to clients and business partners and our goal to keep growing and evolving. Actually, there is a change, it has increased manifold!
About MiraMed Global Services: MiraMed is a group of multinational companies, specific to the global healthcare sector. MiraMed Ajuba, along with all the organizations part of this global family, work in synergy and cohesively provide customizable solutions to healthcare providers the world over.
Fighters. Survivors. Supporters. Each of us don a hat when it comes to Cancer. If you have cancer, or are supporting someone who does, you have questions. Questions that are desperately looking to get answered.
Ajuba presented its employees with a practical and emotional guide to deal with Cancer by bringing Neerja Malik on board. Neerja is a two-time Cancer survivor and is a Counsellor and Consultant, Apollo Hospitals' Cancer Support Group, and founder of Sahayika, an NGO that has funded cancer treatment for needy children.
Everyone can benefit from the wisdom of someone else’s experience, and that is exactly what an auditorium filled with Ajubans witnessed. Neerja spoke from her heart and we lapped it up. Highly motivational and inspiring, Neerja held us in her mesmerizing grip as she took us on her personal journey with Cancer.
As part of the Cancer awareness program, we chose the theme umbrella. Umbrella is the symbol of power, dignity and strength and that is how we need to face Cancer. All of Ajuba’s facility were donned in colorful umbrellas with inspirational messages to conquer!
The take-home message here - Cancer can be overcome.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! There is the festive spirit in the air, a sense of merriment, the colours of Christmas adorn all spaces, the tree, the crib, the gifts – the season just cannot get any better!
We took Ajubans by surprise this year, going right to them with goodies, sweets, chocolates and Santa Claus in tow. Games were just a reason to give away chocolates. We conducted Christmas related contests that everyone enthusiastically took part it. The dramatic entry of Santa was the highlight. Ajubans and Santa danced to Carols and posed for happy pictures. Santa’s antics had everyone in splits.
The festivities began right at the beginning of the month. Every team played its own version of Secret Santa. Crazy tasks were performed and gifts were exchanged.
Rich decadent Plum cakes and cookies were part of the gift box that all Ajubans received. Special Biryani for Lunch and Dinner spelt yummy in the tummy! Ajuba had a very merry Christmas ’16, setting the right tone, entering 2017 with lots of energy, positivity and enthusiasm!
